Pier Bolognesi , a graduate in business administration, has been involved in real estate investments and brokerage in the high-end market for over twenty-five years, personally following each assignment with a consultative and targeted approach.

In high-end real estate, not all properties are presented publicly. Discretion , carefully selected partners , and careful time management are integral to protecting the property's value.

Each process begins with an introductory meeting , aimed at understanding the characteristics of the property and the owner's objectives , to identify the most appropriate strategy.
